Description
Ingredients:
Rolled corn, rolled barley, split peas, brown rice, dried fruit (papaya, banana, coconut, dates, raisins) walnuts, cashews, cinnamon sticks.
Cooking Instructions:
Add contents of package to 4 cups of boiling water. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool to a warm temperature and serve.
Serving Tip – Freeze remaining mix in an ice cube tray or portion into ziplock bags for later use.
