Description
Ingredients:
Whole corn, flaked beans, barley, green split peas, oats, soybeans, red lentil seeds, trapper peas, dried rose hips.
Cooking Directions:
**Must soak in water for 2-4 hours prior to cooking. Strain. Add 1 part soaked mix to 2 parts water and bring to boil. Boil until beans are tender (approx. 1 hour.) Add water if needed when boiling. Drain and let cool prior to serving.
